not the case - many of them come back and spam again a time period later, often multiple times

as i mentioned, anything is possible, but spending a lot of time and energy (when i have very fleeting time to work on the site anymore given my paying day job/RL priorities) on upgrading something that very very few people use probably isn't the best use of my time. spending it on content, new features in areas people use heavily (reviews, recs, anime lists) is likely a better choice.
