Kind of a meh episode.

Agreed. Episode was good until it got all after-school special on us.

The drama might work on it's own, but when the episode alternates between slapstick comedy and drama is creates this mood whiplash that makes it hard to enjoy either. Once it hit the kid in the sewers it went too far for me to enjoy both. Before then, I thought 'oh some character development for ms bitch? that's not bad...' Drama just doesn't fit the tone they set up in the first two episodes, especially when it's this heavy-handed.
