I noticed for one new anime from this season (
Shining Hearts: Shiawase no Pan) that the average rating displayed is somewhat lower than expected. And indeed, it has an average of 2.12 stars from 22 votes, however when taking the average of those votes manually using the "watching/dropped" lists, the result is 3.27.
Are there other criteria that affect the rating that I'm unaware of or is something amiss here?
