No, you're supposed to make a selection of images you'd like to use for the banner and then we all vote on what we like best? At least, that's what I think Ryukl is advicing. I find it a quite satisfactory way of handling things. Of course, if one of us has a picture they'd like to donate for the good cause than by all means show it to fumze and let Fumze judge it on bannerability.
