it wasnt removed, it was merged with general anime discussion... the list of changes that happened can be found a few threads down in here, the merge thread (at the end).
it was merged because it was almost entirely unused, and we are trying to get people to post more. so, you can still chat about them in there; the solution seems to be to try to drum up more conversation in those threads so they dont get past the first page ;)
