RIN IS the only anime among those you listed that shows chick on chick (sex) which is the definition of yuri (western standard anyway)
shoujo-ai is girl on girl relationships
yuri is girl on girl sex
when it gets added, it will eventually I'm sure, the definitions will be up so there won't be any more confusion with which is which
