Tianzi, the innocent young empress of the Chinese Federation, has spent her life inside the palace walls, never allowed to see the outside world. While she is technically the Federation's ruler, Tianzi is merely a figurehead who is manipulated by the Eunuchs so that they can remain in control. Because she has spent her entire life constricted to the inside of the palace, her dream is to one day leave and see the rest of the world.
