But he adores his brother and loves him. He only wants to see him do his best and never turn out like he did even though he knows Roma will have to go through the same trials he did. He adores Rinko aka their mother but doesn't treat her with much respect which gives the perception that he is either adopted or a half child.
He may seem to have a little brother complex but from what is perceived he only wants his brother to have what he never did and to fulfill his goal. But not only that. He wants Ryoma to go out side the box and have a family and not be a player or flirt like his father. He pushes From a the best he can even though Ryoma would rather keep him out. But later on him and Ryoga have become much closer.
