Oyakata is the foreman of the Zenryoku construction workers. He is extremely hard working and his long years of experience make him able to help those newer to the work, and solve any problems that the others can’t resolve. In his home life, Oyakata is saddened by his daughters growing distance from him. In a bid to get closer to her he has adopted a hip-hop lifestyle and can often be found busting a move or DJ-ing for the others.
