Pairing a long forehead with a short temper, Miyako is the irritable target of many a joke in class 1-C. Her relentless studying sees her labelled as a bookworm, but her academic progress remains average, much to her frustration. She finds herself an unwilling passenger in many of the class' more surreal antics, which interrupt her attempts to study with alarming regularity.
