Fantastically over the top, Miss Ra is the face of the Rara Army. Despite the layers of makeup and skimpy clothing, Mitsuki Rara is the girl behind the persona. Kind hearted and an excellent cook, she wins Kazuki's heart. Although she is the spokes person at the forefront of each battle, Mitsuki seems to detest fighting and would much rather talk through any issues.
