I really think that people who dislikes her doesn't really understood nothing about her.I'm relieved that they are more people that understand her than hate her.
To be honest, the first time I watched this anime I thought she was a selfish jerky b#### and greatly disliked her! But the second time I felt sympathy for her! The line that caused this sympathy is toward the end of the first episode when she says "Why am I so angry all the time?" Put yourself in her shoes. Being 13 years old is hard enough when you live an average life with the school drama and hormones messing you up. Being 13 years old must be a living hell when the world you know is literally falling apart around you, you have to take care of a younger sibling, and your not sure if your own parents are alive. Plus, most 13 year olds are implusive and make bad choices do to lack of frontal lobe development. They are selfish creatures who only see themselves and their pain because they have yet to learn to love themselves for who they are and understand the world around them along with who they are and their role in society! They feel confused and isolated because they know they aren't kids but foolishly (though at that time they feel it isn't foolish) call themselves adults (despite the fact they know nothing about what being an adult actually is). I feel that her character is relatable and realistic for what a normal 13 year old girl would be going through if this happened to them! THERE IS A REASON WE ALL LOOK BACK AT OUR 13 YEAR OLD SELFS AND GO URGHHHHHH!!! IT SHOWS WE HAVE GROWN TO BE BETTER PEOPLE!!!
If I was in this Anime, I would've stabbed her :P
Fucking hate these types of characters, Bitch should be a Tag.
Mirai certainly was one hell of an annoying protagonist! She was always so B#$chy, constatly put herself into danger not thinking twice about it and just never took a hint when someone was trying to help her. Near the end i just wanted a bloody building to crush her stupid head >_<.
