At first I thought she would be a badass character, but damn is she annoying
Why people would hate this character so much is beyond me.
She was my favorite character until Sanosuke entered the scene, so now I guess she'll have to take second place, but I still love her so much.
the world is not good enough to have her.

Personally, I was never a fan of Kaoru in the anime. In the manga she's fine, but in the anime she's insufferable and not nearly as tough as she makes herself out to be.
