Caramel is a cute, clumsy crybaby of a Sweets Spirit. Easily upset or frightened, she relies on both her Sweets Spirit and human friends for comfort. She dislikes fighting, and often tries (with little success) to stop Vanilla and Chocolat's arguments. Caramel teams up with Andou to practice making sweets, in hopes of someday becoming a patissiere for the Royal Sweets Spirits court.
