When a rash of bombings plague the city, the task of exposing the criminal at large falls upon the unlikely shoulders of Ryotsu, the apelike laughing stock of the police squad. Unfortunately for Tokyo, while a normal police officer would jump at the opportunity, Ryotsu would much rather search for a Shogun's long lost treasure! Teamed with Lisa, an FBI agent, and Dandy, a bomb disabling robot, Ryotsu must save the city from Benten the Masked Bomber and a one ton detonation device that threatens to destroy all of Tokyo!
