Not only does Ritsurou take care of the household, but he also protects Ken - who often gets into trouble trying to sell his body. What's worse is that recently, Ken has taken up the habit of sleeping with any girl who dates Ritsurou; it's the only way that Ken can seem to get his attention! The elegant Moeko is not an exception to this rule; and although she and Ritsurou work well together, something doesn't feel quite right. But when Ritsurou discovers that Ken is leaving soon for Singapore, he finally understands who he truly wants to be with...

Both offer what is ostensibly drama and romance but mostly end up focusing on sexual encounters. (There is in fact some drama to be had, mostly in relation to the sex.)

Both of these romance anime are based off of visual novels. Exempt from a linear plot, instead of the main male character ending up with just one female, these anime branch out to show how things would be different had he fallen in love with another heroine. If you enjoy this, I suggest checking the other out.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni

Maebara Keiichi, an ordinary high-school boy, has transferred to a new school in Hinamizawa, a small rural village. At the outset everything seems peaceful and Keiichi becomes friends with a nice group of schoolgirls with whom he spends many idle summer afternoons. Suddenly violence encroaches upon the blissful peace of the village and Keiichi becomes entangled in an endless cycle of fear and death. The inconsistent, but inevitable horrors of Hinamizawa are told and retold becoming an endless and inescapable nightmare of insanity. Will it end even if the mystery of Hinamizawa is solved?

Well, the reason I recommend this anime as they both have the lead character moving to a new place, new school and everything and both animes are harem. Other than that, the story changes after every 3-4 episodes in which the story continues with a new girl. Though of course, Higurashi no naku koro ni is more of a gory anime while Yosuga no sora is more drama.

While watching yosuga no sora I constantly got a feel of Higurashi.

Kanon (2006)

Kanon (2006)

It's been seven years since Yuuichi Aizawa returned to the city he once lived in as a child. Though many things happened to Yuuichi in his past, he can only remember bits and pieces. His parents left Yuuichi in the care of Akiko once again, and this time, he will attend the same school as his cousin Nayuki. Many different girls appear before him, and some of them seem to know him from his past. Yuuichi must now recover his memories of the dark secrets that he erased from his heart, before he loses his precious ones.

Both have several elements in common, like heroine arcs and protagonists in towns from their past, featuring school life as well. Although the ecchi is far less pronounced in Kanon, both animes have a touch of surreality, and their similarities become immediately obvious when romance scenes come into play. While Kanon is the more enjoyable of the two (at least, imho), the genres featured in Yosuga no Sora would probably appeal to Kanon's fans as well.

Kiss x Sis TV

Kiss x Sis TV

What do you do when you live together with gorgeous twin sisters who are intent on seducing you? This is the daily dilemma that faces Keita Suminoe, and politely declining their offers doesn’t seem to be helping him! Despite his school friends' jealous quips, and parents who think everything is fine as the siblings are not blood-related, this makes no difference to the brow-beaten boy. Unfortunately for Keita, school entrance exams are just around the corner, and scantily-clad girls sneaking into his bedroom at night is starting to affect his chances of graduation. Can he focus his mind in time, or will breasts, panties and milky-white thighs prove to be too much of a distraction?

Each of these series have a lot of adult relationship attempts and a bit of adult humor mixed in with dramam and comedy. Also, each series has a bit of incest built into it.
