If you liked the comedy in Working!!, especially when people have trouble seeing something so obvious it makes you laugh, I'd say give Azumanga Daioh a try. Each series also has a large number of extremely unique characters that makes for good comedy.

captaincrunch captaincrunch says...

Both series are very good at the slice-of-life comedy genre.  Although Azumanga takes place at school and Working!! in a diner, they share a lot of simlarities, mostly in the way each show approaches the delivering of jokes and the personalities of the characters.

You can think of Azumanga as a predecessor to Working!!'s style.  If you liked one, you might want to check out the other.

Both have rather similar feel to them. Can't really put my finger on it but they give the same vibe, it's like they take place in the same universe kind of thing :)

Neither has any real plot, but is rather random slice of life humour thing.

Unfortunately the establishment itself is deserted and the teen is far from being the epitome of a gracious maid. Enter Toshiko, Hotori’s friend and classmate, whose expertise and passion for maid cafés – as well has her interest in Sanada, one of the few regular customers – leads her take on the quest to turn Seaside into a bistro to be proud of. However, can a cafe owned by an elderly woman whose solution to everything is curry and staffed by a clueless, foolhardy teenager really become a success, or even attract more than the usual four patrons?

The setting for both series for the most part take part in the workplace.  A cafe for Soredemo and a restaurant for Working and while Soredemo does tend to have a lot more scenes that take place outside of the workplace than Working does.  Both are extremely funny and are sure to keep the viewer entertained throughout most of either series.

If you liked one, you will like the other.

The main characters in both are unique in their own way. Living day by day with funny situations all around them and the café their lead.

For sure the life-pased serie will entertain you.

These two are a well-matched pair of comedies that largely revolve around the people working in a restaurant/cafe setting.  They both contain a delightful cast of quirky characters who can't help but have strange and amusing encounters with each other!

Each of these series have a rather similar feel, similar art work, and some similar comedy thrown in them. There are some parellels in the types of characters they have and they both experiment with different types of moe and a mixture of different characters thrown all together in a similar environment.

The comedy and stlye are very similar. Both are reletively slow paced, slice of life animes and contain a generous dollop of moe. If you like one, the other is worth watching.

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu

Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu

Fumizuki Academy is divided into classes ranked based purely on ability; Class A has laptops, reclining seats and ultimate comfort whereas Class F has to settle for a rundown classroom with rotten cushions and rickety coffee tables. Akihisa Yoshii has recently taken the placement exam and finds himself relegated to the lowly Class F along with many of his friends, and they’re far from impressed with their draughty facilities. Luckily, not all is lost as at Fumizuki, classes can declare war on each other to swap rooms by fighting with summoned characters whose strength is based on the users' test scores. As they dream of escaping their decrepit circumstances, the ‘idiotic’ students of Class F will try whatever they can to reach the dizzy heights of Class A’s luxury, even if it means taking on the entire school in an all-out summoning war!

I can't exactly say these two are similar but the characterization is unique in both.... both feature many weirdos & their interaction with each other, however thats the best part about these two.... while 'working!!' is bit more matured, non echie type, 'baka to test to shoukanju' is more perverted..... however both will give a unique feeling which is sure to be liked..... if you like one  you will surely like other.....

Both shows feature a caretaker type boy who ends up being in charge of a girl with some serious issues.  These two shows revolve around the relationships of a group of quirky characters with a large helping of humor and a dash of romance.

Sakurasou and Working evolves around a normal boy who enters a not so normal place (a job in Working and a departament in Sakurasou). There is full of strange and humorous characters who will make a shift in his life trought unexpected situations. In both you can find a little harem and a bit of fansevice.

If you enjoyed one, you will for sure enjoy the other. The rutinal atmosphere is easy to catch.
