Witch Hunter Robin and Mnemosyne share very similar traits. Overall setting is slightly the same Mnemosyne features a small detective agency and Witch Hunter Robin takes place in a secret government agency, but they in essence are also detectives. Main characters are very alike both physically (super power) and mentally in that they strive to find the truth during investigation. Lastly both series have a more "super natural" basis in Witch Hunter Robin it is of course witches in Mnemosyne its immortals.
As far as differences are concerned Mnemosyne has much more gore and violence so if your one that doesn't enjoy the occasional bloody scene you should look else where.
