Battle Arena Toshinden

One year ago, Eiji Shinjo and a group of powerful fighters competed in the Toshin Tournament, to prove their strength. In the present, a mysterious warrior is hunting down the Tournament's participants one by one, and is using their own moves against them. For Eiji, Kayin and the rest of the gang, tracking down the responsible party will put them right in the middle of a conspiracy that threatens their very lives! Can strength alone defeat an enemy who seems to know their every move before they use it?

Both anime are based on fighting games and focus more on the fights than the plot (though Virtua Fighter has a better plot and is more entertaining than Battle Arena Toshinden) so, if you liked one check out the other.

Both of these anime's are based on arcade games and both have a lot of good action and comedy. They both also have many different types of fighters from all around the world
