Synopsis:

Cross Academy is a school with a difference: in a unique and experimental setup designed by the headmaster, it has a Day Class consisting of ordinary humans and a Night Class filled with vampires. Yuki Cross and her friend Zero Kiryu are school prefects whose job it is to make sure the secret of the Night Class is always safe; they patrol the school grounds at night and supervise the switchover of classes at dawn and dusk to prevent any 'accidents' from happening. While Zero is suspicious of vampires and hates the idea of sharing the same space as them, Yuki admires the Night Class for their beauty and sophistication; she is especially intrigued by their charming leader, Kaname, because he once saved her life. However, as Yuki quickly learns, not all vampires are amiable like the Night Class, and as terrible events unfold, Yuki must ask herself whether in a world where vampires are the hunters and humans are the prey, peaceful coexistence can really be achieved.

Both these series have an incredible amount of suspense and horror. Like Vampire Knight, Ceres has an interesting plot and a love story that will make you beg for more. All characters in Ceres have strange and amazing backgrounds behind them. The same happens with vampire knight.

If you loved this one, you'll adore Ceres.

joykimlee

Both are intense drama shoujo with 2 bishies loving and protecting 1 strong but lost girl.  Both girls love their brother and best friend.  Both anime bishies fight well and slaughter many to shield the girl from viscious killers.  VK girl a vampire within vs ANC girl an angel within.  VK story addicting and thrilling vs ANC story engaging and moving.   Must watch for bishies in shoujo fans!

Galadriel

when i think about Ayashi no Ceres and Vampire Knight i can only think about two things, suspense and horror aspects. Both of them have though-provoking, interesting, intriguing plot lines that will make you grab the screen until it ends, imploring for more. Both shows feature interesting characters so if you liked one be sure to check the other one as well.

Vampire Knight and Ayashi no Ceres both involve intense love triangles with both males intensely caring about the heroine.  Aya and Yuki are both strong willed leaders that have a mission ahead of them that they have to complete.  The stories are enthralling and fairytale like.

D.Gray-man is a darker anime, just like Vampire Night. It has a completly different story line, but the Akuma (demons) in D.Gray-man fits in conjuction with this story line about vampires. Also to ellaberate Yukki has a very sensitive side which you will find that the main character of D.gray man Allen Walker also is generally quite timid and sensitive at times.

animelovexx

Might be a weird choice, but they are both supernatural and go from a relatively light-hearted story and gradually becomes more dark and sinister. They are both packed full of action

cassiesheepgirl

Whilst Vampire Knight has a lot more romance included, both of these series can be quite serious. Both focus on a more supernatural side of life and have a similar sort of dark tone about them. Both also include a bit of comedy, though D.Gray-man provides more in this department. If you liked one then it is worth checking out the other.

Galadriel

both D.Gray-man and Vampire Knight are dark shows with different story lines and feature a similar supernatural aspects (in D.Gray-man feaures demons named Akuma, while Vampire Knight of course features vampires). The main protagonists of this series Yuuki and Allen Walker also have similar characteristics, not to mention that both of them are action packed show. If you liked one checked the other one as well.

Blood+

Blood+

In world where flesh-eating monsters roam the streets, only one organization has the means to save civilization from annihilation: Red Shield, a specially-organized unit designed to fight these monsters, and the only weapon that can destroy them: Saya. Awakened from a 30-year sleep, Saya is thrust into a modern world which she has no memories of, and is troubled by a past filled only with bloodshed and sadness. With the undying love and support of her family and friends, she struggles to gain the strength to move forward and regain the pieces of her shattered memories.

vampireprincess

Featuring female leads caught between the vampire and human worlds, both stories play out passionate dramas that rely on the question of what it means to be human and what it means to be a monster.

Galadriel

i really cannot find an anime that is more closer to Vampire Knight than Blood+. Both feature female leads which are traped between the human world and the vampire world, both shows are dramas and are based on a romance story and both of them are action packed shows. If you liked one be sure to do not miss the other one as well.

wolfangel87

Strong vampiric-like female leads are seen in both Blood + and Vampire Knight capturing the drama in one single moment.  The fighting scenes are similar and there are also strong features coming through in both series that make the background strikingly beautiful.

Both about vampires, In Fortune Arterial the vampires are the student council members, while in Vampire knight they're group students taking night classes only.

Both of the animes presents the vampires as attractive and charming students with supernatural power.

If you like one the other is a must ♥. ^^

KittyEmperor

While both feature vampires living somewhat normal lives among those of normal humans as well as the fact that the vampires have for the most part completely charmed the normal student population.  A big difference between the two is that in Fortune Arterial the vampires run the student council and lead really no different lives than that of normal students, but in Vampire Knight the vampires lead somewhat different lives than normal students that they attend night classes seperate from the normal students.  Nevertheless if you enjoyed one of these then you may want to consider watching the other.

ItsJustAwesome

Both are based in schools and have vampires. They also have this love story it does have a different plot but i think if your enjoyed this anime then you'll like the other

Both of these are great series about vampires and school. Both animes also have a vampire and a human who like each other. Also, the one that is the vampire frequently saves the human from dangerous situations.

Rosario to Vampire is a bit of a lighter series than Vampire Knight.

Spectrum

Vampire Knight same as Rosario to Vampire is about same topic. Vampire Knight is a little bit more "darken" but definitely is not horror where Rosario to Vampire is more like a comedy. Animation is very nice in both anime. So far it was intersting, the plot thickens and builds with a good portion of suspense.

ishmael1991

They are both abour vampires and romance, but one is seinen and the other is shojo. Still if you love vampires then you will enjy both series
