Vampires. The Vatican. Violence. Vendettas. Get it yet? Also: big guns, secret orders, betrayal. Both series have it all. Trinity Blood is the more innocent of the two animes, with more laughs and less gore, and the style is more normal vs. the over-the-top animation of Hellsing OVA. But they are both about the brittle balance (and the brutal fight) of good vs. evil, with morally ambiguous main characters and a wagonload of religious symbolism. If that gets you drooling, one or the other should suit your palate.
