The timid, virginal Kouta is a new student at Kunpo High School; and while others in his situation might be a wallflower forever, Kouta has no such luck – he has attracted the attention of the busty Chizuru, who happens to be a fox deity! However, Kouta’s misfortunes don’t stop there; he’s also pursued by Nozomu, a wolf deity. Between being molested, propositioned, having his face shoved between mammoth breasts or witnessing endless panty shots, Kouta must also attempt to maintain his studies – even though all Chizuru and Nozomu want is to be the one to deflower him first!
To Love-Ru and Kanokon are your typical ecchi anime, where the bimbo girlfriend is al over the poor guy, causing all kinds of absurdities!
Humour, action sequences, pantsu ... mix the 3 together and throw in a hilarious storyline to boot, you'll get your entertainment dollar out of these 2 shows. Trust me. It's worth you time to see both for the outrageous situations the 'boy' gets himself into.
Your typical ecchi, romantic comedy. Both have a similar storyline in that both have one main male character who has girls around him head over heels about him and tries to seduce him in their own way. Some wierd humour in both but that's what you expect from a japanese ecchi anime i guess.
Both anime contains a huge amount ecchi and lots of comedy and embarresing situations. If you like one of theese animes i am sure you will like the other. Hilarious ecchi anime is what i would call theese :)
ECCHI! There, I just summed up Kanokon and To Love-Ru. If you like ecchi then I can say right off the bat that you will probably enjoy To Love-Ru if you enjoyed Kanokon and vise versa.
As for the plot of both anime and the characters they are pretty much the same as in any harem romance anime. The main character "X" (replace X with the characters name from the series and Keitaro's personality from Love Hina) is surrounded by beautiful women who all want him in more ways than one. The main character constantly gets into halarious/awkward situations involving the multitude of girls surrounding him, etc.
These anime are not just similar, if you take away the character names and setting, they are the same. The only major difference is that Kanokon tends to be a little more extreme with the ecchi than To Love-Ru does. Aside from that, if you liked one, you will like the other.
If you like ecchi and you like to see hapless guys get stuck in something he shouldn't have then you'dmost definitely like this. Both anime has that same hopeless guy whose stuck between more then one girl and set of breast.
A wimpy guy surrounded by a harem of girls. Whereas to-love has aliens, Kanokon has spirits. Other than that, exactly the same.
Its about a boy who has to choose between two different girls, and they are very similar at the same time as being different enough that its still fun too watch.
Both anime feature a somewhat normal boy who gets thrust (excuse the pun) into a totally unnatural relationship! In both, plenty of ecchi, light action, more ecchi, comedy, and slight romance. If you liked one, the other is perfect for you!
Fifteen-year-old Tsukune Aono is average in every way; he has no hobbies, less-than-stellar grades and he's even flunked his high school entrance exam. His parents have managed to enroll him in a school, but it's no ordinary school! Tsukune will be attending the Youkai Academy, a place where monsters learn how to co-exist with humans! As the werewolves, vampires, witches and other monsters are required to retain their human forms, Tsukune - the lone human - is able to avoid their bloodthirsty gazes. However, he quickly attracts the attention of a number of devilish beauties including the vampire Moka, a busty succubus and even a young witch! It seems Tsukune's average life isn't so average anymore!
Both are harem romances and comedies. In both you can find characters from not normal world, for example female main characters - vampire and girl from other planet.
In both anime you can find a great deal on weird and strange girls. The love is there, the ecchi sets the mood, and one happens to be a vampire while the other an alien. Splindid!
Both of the main characters are unfortunate human guys who find themselves with a female girl who has pink hair and who isn't human. Both series are romance comedies, and I totally recommend both!
To Love-Ru and Rosario to Vampire are about weird relationships one revolving around an alien and the other a vampire. The human male characters fnd themselves attracted to this out-of-this-world character.
1.) Both are harems developed pretty great.
2.) Chick likes guy, vice versa but eventaully realizes....
3.) Great animation.(isnt that what we all just need)
4.) Plenty Characters that make the series never boring.
5.) You fall in love with some of them, like her/\/\ with the pink hair ;D, j/k....but still.....
6.) Ecchi, comedic(for the guy, lol), just watch it...its great if you like Harem, a guy that is getting flirted on while he doesn't/does minds it, ecchi(at least 2 or 4 in each episode,i think), and much more i cant think of right now...
Both anime are so similar! Just aliens and monsters is a different thing. Ecchi, romance, harem with couple of sweet girls. For sure if you like one you'll like the other one.
Both involve 2 characters that actually like eachother the best, but the other girls keep interfering beacause they also like the main male lead. The Male leads are too kind and or indecisive to set the others straight and to finalize their relationship with the girl they like. Also both male leads have a bad habit of unintentionally ending up in compromising postions.
Both are ecchi harm comedies, though more ecchi in to love ru thane rosario+vazmpire
Both involve a normal boy chased by extraordinary non human girls
subsitute Aliens for Monsters, by which I mean vampires, wereworlf and etc., otherwise is practically the same thing.
On a day that seemed ordinary, a spaceship crash landed in Tokyo bay, filled to the brim with beautiful aliens that would come to be known as DearS. Since that day, though all of Japan seems to have gone DearS-crazy, one high school boy named Takeya it still not impressed by the phenomenon. But things change for Takeya when he finds a lone DearS girl on the side of the road, who forces herself into his apartment, and his life! Now, he must brave a plethora of complications, misunderstandings, and embarassments, when all he wants to do is be left alone!
if you like To Love Ru then you will also like DearS, both the animes have funny and exiting parts in them. Also like in To Love Ru, DearS has a normal guy that are visited by an alien girl.......AND THEY ARE BOTH THERE TO STAY!!!
Just think to be a normal guy and all of a sudden your visted by a sexy alien that's all over you like bees on honey. Both anime are funny and contains ecchi with a hint of alien in it.
Both have female aliens that somehow with a kiss ( or touching breasts :D) start to have some strange relationship with a human boy
These two series seem to be build out of the same mold with some very slight differances. Both are ecchi, both are aliens, and both involve a whiny male leads. A match made in heaven.
Aliens, ecchi, and spineless males are all terms that describe either series. Relaying on mainly comedy and ecchi as the driving force for either series though in my opinion the comedy in To Love-Ru is slightly better than DearS but they both are pretty similar. So if you liked one then you may want to check out the other.
Though on paper they're rather different, one being a harem comedy the other being....well I don't know what dears is, the two really do have the same sort of style and comic feel.
both awkward males and an alien crashing into earth goes to school learning the ways of people makes friends and fall in love despite differences
also lots of ecchi and funny scenes so if love to love ru you will also love dearS
Yukinari is blessed with an clinical fear of women, commonly known as gynophobia. In addition to his mental ailment, he has the misfortune of being short and weak, making it easy for women to overwhelm him further. Even when his childhood friend, Kirie, approaches him, he immediately breaks out in hives. Thus, life is very lonely for Yukinari, until suddenly in the strangest way possible, he is transported into another world, and into the arms of the beautiful shoujo, Miharu! This time, for the first time ever, he doesn't react. Could this be the start of something special?
both involve a beautiful girl from another planet entering a boy's life and hilarity and much more echiness ensues. there is a lot of variety in both shows and the jokes never get tired. plus they both have many good screen capture shots for your desktop wallpaper!
If u like pink hair beauties then these 3 shows are just for u. All have nice scene shots of them. They are all 18 and over. All 3 shows have their uniqune way of comedy plus the main boy charters are all inocent like. In these 3 shows 2 of them start out the same way and thats Girls barvo and To love Ru. They both start out with the main charter girl showing up in the bath tub of the guys home mysteriously and u find out how and why these 2 beauties showed up at their place. AS for Steel Angel Kurumi the main charter boy found her and how they meet is prety nice if u watch the show to find out how it all happened. Also all 3 of these shows are fantasy type so if like fantasy then these 3 are for u. This all i will stay about these 3 shows i dont want reveal the plot of them so i hope u want to whatch them and like them as much as i did, thanks for reading.
On Girls bravo and on to Love-ru they incluse a female alien that fall in love with the boy and on both animes they first meet in a bath tub... they include alot of similarities.
To love Ru and Girls Bravo both have the same type of story, a boy who is shy around women is thrown into something he doesn't understand. Then they change into a more confident person, oh and they both have plenty of ecchi and comedy :P
In both anime, a female is sent from another planet to earth and ends up staying is a boy's home. These two are very similar and if you liked one, you'll like the other.
alien girl lives with male lead
eechi romance comedy
romance 45% eechi 20% harem 20% comedy
Both To Love-Ru and Girls Bravo are typical harem anime with a clear cut frontrunner among the girls and several other girls that fit the various other stereotypes. Both are also about the same in terms of low-brow comedy that they provide. It would be safe to say that enjoyment of one would lead to enjoyment of the other.
Kio and all her family members are gathered for a funeral in Okinawa. This same day, a message arrives from outer space. There she encounters a girl named Elis who claims to be an alien.
Both have similar stories beginning when an alien girl suddenly drops in on a normal High School boy. In To Love-Ru it was the alien princess Lala and in Asobi ni Iku yo! it ended up being the cat girl Elis. Both shows feature an eclectic cast of females all trying to make the lovable loser their own. Same ecchi comedy and both are easy watches since neither of them build up a complex plot of any kind.
Both of these anime are very similar, in the plot: a normal boy living his normal life until he finds a busty alien girl that is in love with him.
For short - If you like/liked on you'll definetely like the other.
Both stories have an alien girl randomly show up and stay at a guys place, they both have a very similar feel when you are watching them, if you liked one you will like the other.
The main characters of both series are bombarded by busty alien girls who seek to mate and marry the male lead. Asobi is a little more ecchi while To Love-Ru is a little more funny. These two are a lot alike and if you've enjoyed one, you're going to enjoy the other.
These two anime are very similar. Both have a female character some to earth from another planet and live in a boy's home. Both have some plot in it, but a lot of it is just silliness and fun. If you liked one, you should like the other.
