So this is a weird one, after just recently finishing the Tiger & Bunny series and really enjoying it, wanting to experience everything on offer here with this franchise. I decided to watch the movies also.  As the title suggests the first half of this movie is the first 3 episodes of the series with small minor differences like a different scene of the heroes getting into their costumes. These minor differences however aren't really worth the time as the exact same events still take place. The last 30 minutes of the movie is original new content, covering a villain, we didn't get to see in the series called Robin Baxter who has an interesting power where he can swap the location of anyone in this vicinity. This is the best part of the movie however I feel these 30 minutes of original story, could have simply been put into an OVA. It's always strange to me when studios try to condessed episodes of their series into a film. Sometimes it will be the whole series with chunks missing. With the first half being the same as the first 3 episodes of the series, I can't really hate here as I enjoyed those opening episodes of the series. I feel where this film might work best, is if you have a friend who isn't a big series watcher and may not want to commit to a 25 episode series. You can give that friend a look into the series with this film, showing them that the Tiger & Bunny 25 episode series is worth committing to. For those who have seen the series the last 30 minutes is gonna be the new content your looking for. Which the title does a bad job of making people aware of. Overall I'd say this movie is a 7/10 it's worth sitting down to mainly for the 30 minutes of new content and it's a good entry way into getting people into the series, who may have overlooked the series originally.
