These two series might seem very different, but I find them somewhat similair. While Tortov Roddle is more slow-paced fantasy and Catman action-packed and foul-mouthed, both are shoet web series with unique styles that set them apart from the masses. A adventure-seeking, lonely traveller is the main character of both Tortov Roddle and Catman II. Though the latter is a little more action-packed and foul-languaged, there's something similair in the animation style of these titles that set them apart from the mass. I see no reason to skip one or the other.

The Diary of Tortov Roddle and The Restaurant of Many Orders are both atmospheric anime with an unusual art style.  While The Restaurant of Many Orders has more of a horror theme to it, if you are looking for something artsy you should check out both.
