Hideyoshi is a typical middle school girl, concerned with fashion, trends, and boys. So when she is transported back to the warring period of Japan, culture shock doesn't even begin to describe her reaction! In this world, the inhabitants are only women, and this gender bending take on Japanese history sees Oda Nobunaga seeking the Crimson Armor in order to rule the world! But she'll need Hideyoshi's help to do it in Battle Girls: Time Paradox!
Both main characters are sent into the past and replace the same historical figure. They use their future knowledge or technology to an advantage.
Set in the Sengoku Period with Oda Nobunaga's conquest as the focus and have a twist of almost everyone being female.
Battle Girls: Time Paradox characters are busty, while The Ambition of Oda Nobuna have loli characters.
It's practicly the same anime. In both there's a story of oda nobunaga, in both he is a girl, in both the main character is from the future. In both most of characters are female. The difference is some of the charaters are male in madhouse production and many of the female charcters in it are little girles
The main charachter is sent back in time and all the fameus war heros are women. Yhee. They basicly have the same plot.
Tigrevurmud Vorn, the young lord of a remote region far from the kingdom's center, is commanded by the king to go fight the war against a neighboring country. The leader of the enemy is Eleonora Viltaria, one of the seven Vanadis given supernatural arms from a dragon. The moment when an archer boy and the silver-haired beautiful war maiden meet, it is the beginning for the legend of a hero that will be told for generations to come.
Both are all about war and combat and strategy and therefore contain a good amount of action. Also, both have generals that are girls. Both anime are about a main character who is a subordinate of some warrior girl who is trying to bring peace to the land. Both are awesome!!
both main characters are in a very similar situations. both animes are really good and worth watching. there is some ecchi and comedy, so if you are looking for any of those you will definately enjoy both shows.
Come on, a relatively well-written harem anime whereupon a gifted and deus-ex-ridden (always has everything go right for him) individual is drafted into a romantic interest's service? This is literally the same plot introduction for both Lord Marksman and Vanadis as well as The Ambition of Oda Nobuna. I'm not complaining, per se, but I do recognize an emerging trend when I see one. Every female character is an object in this show.
Very similar drawing both good shows my older brother and I have watched little bit of a different concept but overalll great shows I would definetly watch Lord Marksman and Vanadis first
In a world where magic is a reality, the young Louise is at the bottom of her class. Dubbed "Zero" by her classmates at Tristein Academy (due to her zero success rate for magic), Louise (along with all first year students) was charged with summoning a familiar; and instead of a cute magical creature, the familiar arrived in the form of... Saito Hiraga, a normal Japanese boy who was abruptly teleported from his own world?! Can both Louise and Saito come to terms with their new and complicated "relationship" and (more importantly) help Saito find a way home?
both are about a guy sent to a different place. in oda nobuna the mc is sent back in time. in zero no tsukima, the mc is sent to a different world.
both have fighting, and the occasional ecchi scenes, the female leads are both tsunderes, and both mc's have something special to bring. (in oda, the mc knows where when and how the battles will be faught, and in znt, the mc can weild weapons.) both are great anime's in mu opinion, and if you like one, you'll probably like the other.
Both main characters of these two animes came from different universes, and begin to serve a girl, who initially treats him like a worm, but then begins to treat him with more affection (Tsundere characters). There is also the fact that in both anime, the main characters know how to handle situations while others do not.If you liked this anime,'ll surely enjoy this other.
If you enjoyed one of the series, I am sure you will like the other one, both have a great comedy aspect and a good plot.In both anime there's a guy coming from an other world, both serve a tsundere girl whom both end up falling in love. Both main character have unique knowledge about there own world which help their master through all the story.
Disguised as a man, Chizuru Yukimura has come to Kyoto searching for her missing father, a doctor who developed a magical elixir that increases the drinker's speed, strength and healing abilities. Instead of her father, however, she stumbles across a battle between the Shinsengumi and the Furies, evil vampire-like creatures of their own making.
Nobuna no Yabou and the Hakuouki series are both historical anime which take liberties with historical accuracy. The characters in each are loosely based upon real historical figures, but the characters have been reinterpreted to increase the appeal of the show. Additionally, Nobuna is a harem and Hakuouki is a gyaku harem, with each harem revolving around a main character who didn't exist in history (although Sagara is sort of 'filling in" for a real person).
Both are historical animes which are informative, however not entirely accurate as certain details have been changed to create a fictional story. Both have a supernatural element. Both also pit swords against guns in a time when swords were still the main weapon for a samurai. They both have a female who takes on what could be considered a male role as well.
Due to some unlikely events, Saburo is flung back in time to the Sengoku Era. In the past, he meets a young, but sickly Oda Nobunaga, one of Japan’s greatest war lords. Unable to shake Saburo’s uncanny resemblance to himself, Nobunaga asks Saburo to take his place as war lord. Equipped with knowledge from the modern era, will Saburo be able to unite Japan?
-guy travels back in time
-Have to use what he learned to make History
-has to conquer japan
A young man ends up being sent back in time to the Sengoku period. They use their knowledge to navigate the past and hopefully not screw up the future too much. In Nobunaga, the main character must take Nobunagas place. In The Ambition, the main character finds himself becoming a servant to Oda...only Oda, and many other famous historical figures, is actually a girl in this history. The former has an unusual style of animation while the latter is pretty average. There is more action and romance in the latter as well. What makes these two similar is the time traveling to the sengoku period and the involvement with Oda.
