Aviation concerns the mechanics of aircraft design and operation. These anime feature pilots, mechanics, or engineers of planes or helicopters, or even stranger creations like airships; those featuring spacecraft or mecha do not qualify unless they also have a strong focus on air travel.

Bara

Bara is similar to Yaoi (also known as Boys’ Love or BL in Japan), and depicts homosexual relationships between men. However, unlike Yaoi which is written by women, for women, Bara is written by men, for men. Characters in these anime have a distinct style and are usually burly, muscular or hairy, and typical uke and seme dynamics don’t apply. Black and White

These anime have a black and white palette. Occasional colored sequences might appear, but the majority of the animation is solely black and white.

Blackmail

Blackmail is forcible coercion, convincing someone to do something they'd rather not by threatening to reveal something privileged or secret, or some other form of harm. These anime typically focus on a single instance of blackmail that is central to a story, delving into how and why the situation comes about or its eventual effects on both the blackmailer and the victim.
