If you're looking for anime similar to Suzuka, you might like these titles.
New meetings always come suddenly! The protagonist, Yuu Haruna, moves into a new town where he meets a somewhat strange girl who doesn't have a cell phone. The girl, Fuuka, seems to have a strange allure that draws people to her, very much like a summer breeze. Looks like Yuu has been caught up in one wild love story!
The way I see the pot of fuuka heading after 3 episodes it seem similar to suzuka I don't want to say much cuz I don't wanna spoil either of the shows
Suzuka takes place many years before Fuuka, but in the same world. Not much has overlapped plot wise other than a few fun little callbacks here and there that will make the experience a little more comfy if you've seen Suzuka first.
As for the structure of the story, it's pretty much a clone down to the personality, social hurdles, and relationship with the two main love prospects (so far at episode 3). They both even have a blond haired guy who imparts some relationship advice every once in a while in the same mannor. The main difference comes down to the chosen hobby and minor things. One is about music while the other is about track and field. Same cake with different filling. This isn't a bad thing if you like the style.
I can't see this anime anywhere on the related list only the manga, so I thought I'd recommend it instead, it's basically a sequel to Suzuka.
In the year 1945, the most terrible creatures in existence visited the earth: bug-like entities soon to be known as Phantom Beasts. In that time of peril, mankind joined together to expel the threat, only to find that conventional weapons were useless and further damaged the earth. It is now 1999, and the student-wide draft has changed the lives of thousands of teenagers across Japan. While unwillingly fighting in an endless war that started before their births, one group of friends will experience the tragedy of death and the bittersweet joy of love as they struggle to survive.

Although Gunparade has mecha fights, it is much more focused on the relationship between the 2 main characters and is more romance-based than mecha-based.
The girl in Suzuka is very similar to the girl in Gunparade March; her behaviour and even her past is almost the same.
Gunparade March and Suzuka have a nice love story. Although some comedy can be found in Suzuka, both series have their times when a serious note is thrown in to ensure the atmosphere becomes more gloomy.

Suzuka and Bokura ga Ita are stories about the pain and suffering that romance can bring. Both feature characters that have lost a loved one, and are afraid to love again, even when somebody else is pouring their heart out to them. Depressing, realistic, and highly emotional; be sure to brace yourself before watching.
Both of theese stories are about romance, and suzuka and yano has both lost the one they loved, so thats similar. In both series you can see them dating.

There are plenty of romantic comedies out there, and even with these two there are differences: Kare Kano is more wacky and random than Suzuka, and in Suzuka there is more comedy provided by the romance. The reason why I linked these is because despite their romance and comedy, both add a few (not all the time) rather realistic and serious events into the storyline.
Both of the series focus around the aspects of romance between the main character and his love interest. In both series you will be attached to the main character and start routing for them to succeed. If you like one of the series you will like the other

Suzuka and Rec are not your every day romantic comedy. In both you'll find your good laughs and the sweet romance, but you'll also find people will dreams and pasts - people that think seriously about their relations. Yet the overall tone of both anime doesn't turn into a melodramatic soap.
both animes involve people who got to live together/near each other and as they continue their lives together there is also some romance
Shinichiro Nakagami is an everyday high school student, with the exception of having his beautiful and athletic childhood friend Hiromi Yuasa living in his household after the death of her parents. Unfortunately, their relationship is cold at best - Shinichiro can tell that she is suffering, but she acts coldly and distant from her foster family and so he is unable to help ease her sadness. His family is also forcing him to practice a traditional Japanese dance that does not interest him, adding to his frustration. On top of that, he is cursed to misfortune by another girl in school, the eccentric Noe Isurugi. Shinichiro juggles all of these problems on a day-to-day basis as he learns about love and the sadness of those around him.
Both series have a similar drama feel...
and have the "crazy" misleading female character and the loyal good guy male lead.
each has good plot twists too
Handsome but ordinary boy stuck between two girls. While one of them gives him inspiration and desire to be better, the other gives him gentle and secure love. That's what is similar about these two series but the choice the boy finally makes is different. I'm sure that if you liked one, you would like the other.
Momo is loud, shallow, a player, a betrayer, and one to best stay away from -- or at least, that's the misconception people have when they see her makeup, bleached hair and suntanned skin. In reality, Momo just wants the same friends, hobbies and crushes any girl her age would like. However, when her only friend starts spreading rumours about her, her boyfriend starts to doubt her, and the most popular boy in school starts to take a more then friendly interest in her, she'll have much more to worry about than just her appearance!

Both Peach Girl and Suzuka have romantic drama that will keep you hooked. In both series, one of the main characters (Momo in Peach Girl and Akitsuki in Suzuka) have to choose between two lovers. Neither story is a simple love triangle; both are complex, interesting and dramatic!
Both are drama filled to the very last second! It's easy to get hooked on both from episode 1. The love triangles are similar although I felt Suzuka's love triangle was more complicated (you'll know what I mean when you find out who Kazuki is). Both have hilarious moments that make you laugh out loud. You definitely root for the main character in both animes, wanting them to find happiness.
Ryuuji Takasu has an eventful life: his classmates think he's a delinquent due to his 'killer' eyes; his crush Minori seems ever out of reach; and he’s just had an unfortunate encounter with 'palm-sized Taiga' – a feisty and dainty wench in his class. With different cleaning habits and tempers, the two clash like night and day; that is, except for the fact that Taiga and Ryuuji have crushes on the other's good friend! With school rumors abounding, the duo must now work together to play matchmaker for each other. Who will end up with their true love?
Both are Highschool Romance Comedy-Dramas involving a male character deciding between a tsundere and another girl. While both try and deconstruct the classic tsundere character-type, Yamato in Suzuka is able to remain front and center of the story in his relationships, while Ryuji in Toradora! is quickly pushed back to center on the Taiga's struggles and her relationship with Ryuji. If you enjoy the mood whiplash of one of these series, you'll enjoy it in the other.
These are the two best Tsundere anime in the love triangle romance genre. At 20 plus episodes you're bound to cry, laugh, and learn a lesson or two throughout watching these great shows. If you like one I'm sure you'll love the other.

La Corda has many similar attributes to Suzuka. The high school students go through trials to find out what they want out of life and who they are. The love of music connects these students and with music they start to form a strong bond.

Although not a direct match by genre, Suzuka and Honey & Clover give the viewer the same kind of experience. The plot and character interaction in both stories is truly intense and makes you genuinely want to know what is going to happen. The general theme to relate these 2 series together would be romance. Not just a run-of-the-mill romance but one with real character development.
