If you liked the Sparrow's Hotel anime, the Anime-Planet community thinks you'd like:
In the mood for some good old-fashioned gambling fun? Head on over to Howard Resort, a famous entertainment destination that's home to the voluptuous, and said to be lucky, dealer Rio. Alongside other casino dealers and staff such as the clumsy Anya and bunnygirl Elle and Ille, Rio helps tend to the whims of the resort's customers. With Mr. Howard constantly forcing her to wear more and more skimpy outfits and even a ghost tinkering with the hotel's plans, it won't be easy! Especially since Rio is the holder of a very special card known as a Gate – a card that other dealers of the world want desperately to acquire, as only then will they earn the title of Most Valuable Card Dealer...
Satou from Sparrow's Hotel is much like Rio from Rainbow Gate. They both work at a hotel, they're good at their jobs, and they keep all who threaten the place they love at bay. They're both attractive and are usually quite popular with the customers as well. Unlike Sparrow's Hotel, Rainbow Gate involves gambling and games, and it has a plot. Despite this, if you liked the "skilled and popular girl working in a hotel" aspect of Sparrow's Hotel and want something longer, maybe you should give Rio: Rainbow Gate! a try.
While these two don't perfectly fit together, I agree with the existing recommendation that Rio and Sparrow's Hotel are a decent rec pair. They both are about a super gung-ho person in charge of a hotel/casino, are fairly slice of life with comedy elements, and have random ecchi moments (it's up to you if that's a good or bad thing).
She cooks, she cleans, and is a lethal fighting machine. Mahoromatic, former Vesper battle android, has chosen to give up her weapons, extending her remaining life from 37 to 398 days. As Misato Suguru's maid, she fights battles of another sort, fending off an amorous teacher on one hand, ecchi magazines on the other. Can Mahoro save Suguru's innocence?
Both the main women in these series take on the role of a servant. In mahoromatic it is that of a maid instead of a hotel attendant.
Both are amazing fighters.
Mahoromatic is more echi than this title, but thie title had the main girl with an impossible rack on her, so I doubt that would be an unexpected thing.
I am not recommending Mahoromatic back to this however, Infact I find Sparrow;s Hotel to be a dreadfully bad animated title, however if you enjoyed it for some reason you would probably like the recommendation.
Chuo TV is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary, and with the celebration comes a changing of the guard: Ichiro Takahashi has just been transferred from an afternoon show to World Fool News, an evening news program that’s notorious for being staffed by weird employees. As Ichiro anchors his first ever broadcast alongside fellow co-worker Kanae, he interviews some truly strange individuals, and helps his eccentric colleagues solve a mystery of why plants are suddenly appearing in the office!
Every dreadful animed title needs some other dreadful animated title to compare to.
Your eyes will hate you as you try to view these two god aweful shows, But this is how you punish them if they have been bad.
Your mind might hate you too.
World Fool News, actually has moments that are funny, but holy hell, they must have put a team of 8 year old CG artists in charge of character designs.
