Flat-chested, gluttonous Lina Inverse and dashing Gourry are back! On their way to find a new sword for Gourry, the duo runs into Amelia and Zelgadis in a town in Ruvinagald Kingdom, as well as the scheming special inspector Wiser Flayon. Unfortunately for Lina, her notoriety has earned her a hefty reputation and has led to being arrested at the hands of Wiser! Though she committed none of the crimes, Lina finds herself blamed for such things as destroying mage tanks and stealing people's pets; however, with an arsenal of magic at her disposal, she and her friends always manage to track down the real culprit. Will Lina ever live down her reputation?
