Paranoia Agent and Skull Man are both kind of confusing but do a good job of answering everything by the end. The two series involve people investigating the mystery of a person who is attacking the locals in the city. Although Skull Man seems to be a bit more violent, you should check out one of the series if you enjoyed the other.
