If you liked the Shuffle! anime, the Anime-Planet community thinks you'd like:
Kazuki Shikimori is a 17-year old junior studying at Aoi Academy, an elite school for the magically gifted. However, unlike enrollment to the school would suggest, his magical prowess is below-average. In fact, he can only use magic eight times in his life, or he will die. But not all is lost: Kazuki's family tree includes the latent genetic material for magical greatness. After that information leaks out, Kazuki suddenly becomes the most popular male student in the school, and girls from powerful magician families begin chasing him to get his genes.
Apon veiwing both Shuffle and Maburaho I can see many things that would attract the veiwers from one to watch the other. For instance both seem to be an all out harem anime mixed with a few other tones. I had a good laugh watching both from the drama and comety in Maburaho to the daughter handing-out kami-sama of shuffle. they both have there own twists and terns so i recomend you check them out!
When the students of class 2-A at the all-girls Mahora Academy head back to school, they are expecting a new year as usual. What they get is a new homeroom teacher... who's 10 years old! As if being a genius isn't enough, Negima is a mage. As part of his training to be a Magister Magi, he must succeed at teaching - without anyone finding out he's a magician! Can Negi keep his talents a secret from the girls who just adore the cutest new addition to their academy? Through demon attacks, magical enemies, and English tests, Negi will put all his talents to the test to be the best teacher he can and achieve his goal of Magister Magi.
If you liked Negima, you'd like Shuffle because both anime series are about love and friendship and also about making a choice. Also in both anime, magic plays a certain role; in Negima! it appears the most.
Both series contain magic, both series contain romance and both series contain comedy. Both series' titles end with a '!' too, but that's irrelevent. However, Negima! has a little more adventure and a lot more girls involved. So if you liked Shuffle! but want something with a little more action, I would recommend it.
Both Negima and Shuffle are about friendship and love, and are about girls who must make choices. Also, you can find the element of magic in both series; though in Negima, magic is a bit more present. If you like one of them, you will almost certainly like the other one too.
Maiku Kamishiro has always had a photo of himself as a child in front of an old house with a young girl. One day after spotting the building in a news report, the high school boy moves to the countryside to live in the house from the picture. While living alone, making ends meet by working as a freelance programmer, Maiku gets the shock of his life when not one, but two girls turn up on his doorstep claiming to be his twin sister! With the lively Miina and timid Karen both possessing the same photograph, the pair begins living with the confused Maiku as they try to figure out which one of them is actually his sister.
Please Twins is not as funny as Shuffle! but they are very similar in plots. They are both harems although Shuffle! involves girls from different worlds (adding to the fantasy side of it). The animation is good in both. Both have their perverted sides. You won't get bored with either of them
Imagine being a single boy, living in peace in a small town, when suddenly you're surrounded by girls all wanting to be together with you! In Shuffle! and Onegai Twins exactly this happens, and a boy has to make a difficult decision: to be or not to be... with who?!
In Please Twins and Shuffle there are loads of panty shots and fun filled awkward moments. There are funny episodes where the girls scheme against the boys and the situation just turns into one big disaster along the way. All the girls in the series are in love with the main guy and they try and prove their love in different ways.
Yukinari is blessed with an clinical fear of women, commonly known as gynophobia. In addition to his mental ailment, he has the misfortune of being short and weak, making it easy for women to overwhelm him further. Even when his childhood friend, Kirie, approaches him, he immediately breaks out in hives. Thus, life is very lonely for Yukinari, until suddenly in the strangest way possible, he is transported into another world, and into the arms of the beautiful shoujo, Miharu! This time, for the first time ever, he doesn't react. Could this be the start of something special?
Both Girls Bravo and Shuffle have one boy and a pack of girls, and lots of ecchi humour -- it's what makes them good! Shuffle maybe has more drama, but that's ok.
These animes are really similar.
Rin gets to chose from girls that are outta this world! One comes from the demon world and the other from the god world. The only difference is Rin is not awkward and all of the boys are envious of him. This harem is funny.
Yukinari on the other hand is puny and is allergic to girls. He too finds a girl that is from another world and guess what? He is not allergic to her. The adventures they have are soo funny. It fact this is a harem because a lot of girls like Nari despite his condition. There is also an obnoxious perv that adds to the fun.
Kei Kusanagi is a shy teenage boy with no romantic experience whatsoever... until he finds out that his hot new teacher is actually an alien! In order to conceal her identity, the two are forced into a pretend marriage... but is it really a pretense, or are they actually falling in love?
In both animes the girls are from different worlds. This adds a fantasy side to them. They are both really funny and perverted. Although Please Teacher is not really a harem.
