After the death of his brother Keisei, Ouri vows to take on the task of becoming a Contracted Priest and fight alongside of the Shikabane Hime Makina. But Makina has doubts about Ouri and his skills as a Priest. Grieving the loss of her old Priest, Makina still clings to the memory of Keisei, which could very well lead to her destruction. Will she accept Ouri as her new Priest and allow him to fight at her side, or will Makina let revenge consume her as she hunts for the rogue Corpses that killed Keisei?

Both Shikabane Hime and HOTD have sexy kick-ass girls slaughtering undead monsters. HOTD is full of far more fanservice but both are enjoyable slaughter-fests. If you like one, try the other.
Both have anime that have chicks kicking ass against the undead with some help from their male counterparts. Highschool of the Dead is way more fanservicey but both have lots of action and plenty of violence. Check out one if you liked the other.

In times of olde, humans live in constant fear of demons known as yoma. These vicious creatures can take the appearance and memories of humans they have devoured, thus blending into society as they freely feast on human flesh. The key to stopping the yoma lies with the tolerated yet feared Claymores - women who are half-demon, half-human, and fully fated to become the demons that they hunt. Athough Shikabane Hime takes palce in moder Japan and Clayore in a medieval-like fantasy worls both are stories of darkaness and power to battle that darkness which comes at a great price. Both are also stories of the realtionships between people who wield the great dark power and those they try to protect.
