TLR and Sekirei are not identical; TLR is more of an annoying-girl-in-a-guy's-life ecchi anime, while Sekirei is more focused on the fights. Regardless, both have a similar dumbass, naive and overly protagonist-wanting character and loads of ecchi and oversized breasts. Try one out if you liked the other.
Both anime have lots of ecchi and a guy who is totally useless in combat compared to the big breasted girl that's protecting him.

Who are these villains, and what do they want with all of these voluptuous, shapely girls?
when we speak about Fan Service animes which involves a very well defined ecchi aspect and some Fan Service fights then we already characterized Sekirei and AIKa Zero. While Sekirei has abit of decency, AIKa Zero exceeds in terms of ecchi, nudity and panty shots taken from all possible angles. So if you like one then for sure you will like the other one as well

in both series there's lot of ecchi and the personalities of the main girl character is similar in both series, they are innocent and they love the boy so much and are always causing perverted thoughts to the boys without even knowing. and the boys are also the same, kind-hearted boys that are very shy when they see a woman's body. You'll probably like one if you liked the other.

Anime that has some pretty good visual fight scenes and a harem of girls falling for the main guy
and both of them starts with a lot of mysterious characters early on which are pretty interesting to watch
except Sekirei has a lot of fanservice/ ecchi etc etc..
Both anime are nearly exactly the same, except in one, they are genetically engineered aliens and some are guys. In the other, they are genetically engined humans and they are all girls. In one the villain Is just a big game nerd and in the other the villains are nearly half the entire cast. Also, in one, the make partners are chosen by fate, and in the other, the male partners are chosen by forc- err I mean by just choice.
