Both series featuring a lot of action and a lot of ecchi. Granted the ecchi in Sekirei isn't as close to the extent as it is in Seikon no Qwaser but they both have it. Each series mainly revolve around a group of people with special abilites fighting each other and the average people who get dragged into the fights.
