You will like the other one! Both Ecchi with lots of fan service! Also both Harem with lost of girls being attracted to the main character. The main character is a guy. The guy seems weak at first, but in Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou it turns out the main character is very strong. Also there are many exciting battles that deal with magic. Lastly both are very well scripted and have good stories. Main difference is that Rosario to Vampire is a lot funnier.
If you like Rosario to Vampire you should also like Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou. They are both in a high school setting and involve characters of a supernatural nature. They both also have a fair bit of comedy thrown in there and revolve around a male main character who is surrounded by women.

Both have a supernatural monsters in it. Rosario+Vampire is more about a Harem where a normal kid is surrounded by a bunch of girls who are monsters. High School DxD is about a boy who gets turned into a demon by a girl. Both series have lots fighting in it.

If you liked the ecchi comedy of the various girls in Rosario to Vampire Capu2 falling for the hapless male lead, then you may enjoy Kanokon. Both series take add a supernatural edge to the standard harem ecchi show, so if you liked this then check out Kanokon.
Keitaro Urashima is somewhat of a failure. In order to fulfill a promise he made to a girl fifteen years ago, he has tried time and again to get into Tokyo U but has never managed to pass the exam. Both Rosario to Vampire Capu2 and Love Hina are very basic, not overly romantic harem "stories". Enjoyed how our male hero got himself in the mid of a group of cute girls for no particular reason other than fate? Enjoyed seeing how he got himself into ecchi accidents aplenty? Did you enjoy seeing the relationship between our lead character and the main female love interest grow with an agonizing speed? Then look no further, this is the anime for you!
Imagine a mansion with a Christmas goods shop that appears out of nowhere, housing three beautiful sisters and a robot maid, all with very different personalities and figures. These sisters are looking for information that they can only acquire from "popotan," their term for dandelion flowers. After acquiring a hint of this information, the mansion and the girls vanish. Their travels take them through many places, and they meet a varied cast of characters during their quest, but what exactly is this information they're searching for so desperately?
Both of these series are very heavy on the fanservice, but manage to be funny as well. While Popotan is a little more Ecchi, both deal with magic and are similar enough that they are worth a look.
