If you liked Muteki Kanban Musume and would like more focus on the actual food part, without losing too much slapstick and gaining some extra character development, Yakitate!! Japan would be a nice follow up. If you on the other hand like Yakitate!! Japan, but are looking for a somewhat similar concept with some more slapstick, I can recommend you Muteki Kanban Musume as well.

Both these animes center around the food industry. They are both humorous with a sarcastic portrayal of adults and competition. If you thought one was amusing, you will laugh through the other as well.

Both anime take on the food aspect of life and make it hilarious. Weather it's making bread in Yakitate Japan or noodles in Muteki Kanban Musume both are sure to make you laugh! Check one out if you liked the other.

Gintama

Gintama

Spoofs of lots of different anime and stupid faces. A lot of funny random outburst. It's a great find for any Jump fans.

Both Muteki Kanban Musume and Gintama are pure comedies based on nothing but if you don't really mind the plot they're both so funny you wish it's never gonna end!!!

If you liked one make sure to give the other a go!!!!!

Just like Ramen Fighter Miki, the style of humor is extremely similar in Gintama. Recurring, over the top characters are plentiful in both shows and where Ramen Fighter Miki is focused around cooking and set in a more modern (albeit just like Gintama in a "traditional Japanese" setting), the shows are similar in their focus on the mundane. Indeed, the occupation of Gintama's main characters is an odd-job company rather than a more serious occupation.

If you enjoy nutty and random humor, you will like either series. Be slightly cautioned of differences, one of which is the number of episodes. Gintama spans many episodes, which makes for somewhat more longwinded episodes as compared to the adrenaline filled series that is Ramen Fighter Miki. Additionally, the main character in Ramen Fighter Miki is female, while the main character in Gintama is male and as a result, the jokes in either series are made with somewhat different mindsets. Depending on preference, this might influence the validity of this recommendation.

Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu

Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu

Sousuke Sagara is far from the average high school student - not only is he highly trained in military tactics, he puts his knowledge to use in every single applicable situation (and even those nonapplicable ones.) So, when confronted with high school, he tends to turn average high school experiences into off-the-wall adventures. Love letters become terrorist...

Muteki Kanban Musume and Fumoffu are similar in that each uses a very slapstick style of comedy filled with both over-the-top violence and sheer randomness. Fumoffu is a bit more sophisticated, with inklings of romance and characters that have development beyond "violent nutcase", but if you enjoy the style of comedy, either of these series should make for a solid choice.
