For a longer, more interesting look at persecuted people fighting back, check out Scryed. You'll enjoy it for the plenty of action, tied in with a great plot and characters. Psychic Force just gives you a taste of this, while Scryed excels at it! Definitely recommended if you liked PF.

Granted, WHR doesn't have a high paced action-filled plot like Psychic Force.. but if you liked PF for its plot base, you surely will like the concept of WHR. In addition, WHR boasts much more beautiful artwork and mood.

Similarly, each have another group with special abilities trying to stop the extermination of mankind. Old friends fight each other over the fate of the world and for the sake of their own beliefs. If you enjoyed Psychic Force, you will likely enjoy the longer, more in depth Project ARMS.

There's nothing above average in either and should take equally as little time to watch, so if you liked one, the other will probably interest you - that is, if you like psychic powered anime.
