Maiku Kamishiro has always had a photo of himself as a child in front of an old house with a young girl. One day after spotting the building in a news report, the high school boy moves to the countryside to live in the house from the picture. While living alone, making ends meet by working as a freelance programmer, Maiku gets the shock of his life when not one, but two girls turn up on his doorstep claiming to be his twin sister! With the lively Miina and timid Karen both possessing the same photograph, the pair begins living with the confused Maiku as they try to figure out which one of them is actually his sister.
Shougo Mikadono’s deceased father left his son with a final request: attend his old high school to search for a suitable spouse, get married, and take his place as the rightful president of the prestigious Mikadono Corporation. Eagerly accepting the criteria, the teenager enrolls and quickly garners the attention of class rep beauty Konoe and one wealthy maiden after another due to his illustrious family legacy. These two are all about characters attempting to shed light on which girl is the male protagonist's blood sibling and then being able to start a romantic, acceptable relationship with him. Just who is the sister? That's the great mystery to be solved while watching.

Together, they played together on the beach; but unknowingly, they lived next to each other, their balconies just feet apart. As time moves on, their relationship deepens, and many of their friends call them a couple; but neither Kenji nor Nanami is willing to make a move. Time passes, and summer comes again; but this time, something will happen that will change them both forever...
You get same romance/slice of life feeling from both of these series. If you liked one, you'd surely like the other.

There's a war going on - what's a guy to do?
Lime-iro senkitan and Please Twins have a lot in common because they are both series that have a good storyline, and also beeing able to fit in as much harm and ecchi as they possibly can! if you liked one im sure you will like the other

Midori Days is definatly more supernatural than Onegai Twins and that aspect may turn off some viewers going from one to the other. Still, Midori Days has some aspects of relationships similar to Onegai Twins, such as unrequited love.
Najica Blitz Tactics follows the adventures of Najica Hiiragi, a female secret agent. During one mission, she rescues Leila, a young bioengineered cyborg who then becomes her partner. Together, they must battle evil forces in a series of breath-(and clothes) taking adventures to make the world safe for fan service.
