The main character's of each are these animes are underestimated continuously. But their never say die attitude coupled with extrodinary abilities alows them to always overcome any adversity and save the day. That and they both can be alittle slow on the uptake if you get my drift.

Photon and Those Who Hunt Elves have very similar feels - a disparate group of individuals who are oblivious to the customs of the world around them bumble along on an adventure to accomplish a goal. Amusing in a similar way, if you found yourself laughing while watching one, you should check out the other.
