Ouran High is a school for the extremely wealthy or, in Haruhi's case, the extremely talented. But no amount of talent will help when Haruhi accidentally drops an eight million yen vase in a music room. The vase was the property of Ouran High School Host Club, a group of attractive young men who, for a fee, provide their time and affections for their lovesick clientele: the female students. Fascinated by this strange new specimen, a poor and clumsy commoner, they force Haruhi to work for them until the debt is repaid; but they get a lot more than they bargained for...
They both have prestigious schools. They are both somewhat reverse harem also. Each have an element of romance, comedy, and school life.
Both of the female leads are granted permission to go to a top notch school coming from a one parent home and through an odd cercumstance winds up befriending the arguably top six boys in the school. The oblivousness to the flirting from the boys is also the same.
Both are a reverseharem at a private school. Seriously these two are very alike. If OHSHC was focused on idols and music it would be called UtaPri.
Both are harem anime, which means many of the male characters in this anime are in love with the main female character. All characters in both anime are at a very special high school.
they both have the same feeling to them...
the main girl being loved by many guys who are all like princes and every thing
anyway they are both really fun to watch

With new friends to meet and new enemies to defeat, the best time of Misaki's life seems to be just beginning. Join Misaki as she struggles to be the best, even in the face of overwhelming odds...
Both series have female protaganists who are good hearted. There is comedy in both, as well as a little romance. Both are very entertaining and gripped me. I watched both of them straight through.
It may seem that they're on opposite sides, but it has some of the basics. A innocent girl starts a new life and gets sucked into something that seems not for her, but they still bare with it and stay the whole way through.
Loving female main charectors find themselves sucked into something they believe is not right for them. Both main charectors had tough childhoods... Both Animes have alot of comedy and light Romance....
The main female characters in both Angelic Layer and Ouran High School Host Club have the same type of ‘loving everyone’ attitude believeing the best in everyone and always fighting for what they believed in. Angelic Layer has a little more action with the fighting of the robotic dolls but Ouran is just as comical and endearing.
Fumizuki Academy is divided into classes ranked based purely on ability; Class A has laptops, reclining seats and ultimate comfort whereas Class F has to settle for a rundown classroom with rotten cushions and rickety coffee tables. Akihisa Yoshii has recently taken the placement exam and finds himself relegated to the lowly Class F along with many of his friends, and they’re far from impressed with their draughty facilities. Luckily, not all is lost as at Fumizuki, classes can declare war on each other to swap rooms by fighting with summoned characters whose strength is based on the users' test scores. As they dream of escaping their decrepit circumstances, the ‘idiotic’ students of Class F will try whatever they can to reach the dizzy heights of Class A’s luxury, even if it means taking on the entire school in an all-out summoning war!
OHSHC is a terrific parody of shoujo clichés and famous moments while Baka to Test is one for shounen. They're incredibly similar to how their structured. So if you liked either because of it's mocking humor then you might like the other.
Ouran High School Host Club and Baka to test to shoukanjuu have the same kind of humor. While OHSHC can be seen as a parody to shojo anime, baka to test to shoukanjuu can be interpreted as the same for shonen. Sometimes both anime don’t take them too serious. So if you enjoyed one you’ll probably like the other as well.
Both Ouran High School Host Club and Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu are hilarious random comedies that don't really focus on a story. If you like one, you will like the other.
With parody-based series Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu and Ouran High School Host Club each bring their own style of mocking humor. Baka to Test focuses on a shounen aspect while Ouran is geared more towards shoujo. Both series are meant for the same types of audiences.
Throughout the ages, fairy doctors served as liaisons between humans and fairies; but in the present time of the 19th century, fairies are nothing more than an old wives' tale. Nineteen-year-old Lydia Carlton is one of the only remaining fairy doctors and enjoys a quiet life in the countryside of England - that is, until the dashing Edgar, for mysterious reasons, whisks her away on a daring adventure. Said to be the descendent of the earl of the fairy nation, Edgar desires the noble sword of the merrow that serves as proof to his lineage. Though his motives and origins are questionable, Lydia now sets forth to help Edgar on his quest.
Both anime are shojo romance with a reverse harem, a Victorian setting and a narcissistic blond romantic interest. Hakushaku to Yōsei is not quite as comedic as Ouran though- more drama.
Girls - if you like the idea of a group of handsome bishounen sweeping you off your feet, you will be more than spoilt for choice with Ouran and Earl + Fairy. With romantic moments that will have you melting, the denial of the female protagonist only encouraging the beautiful boys even further.
If you like the reverse harem and very sexy guys, I highly recommend both of these to you.
both Hakushaku to Yousei and Ouran High are reverse harem shows (shoujo romance), both of them are set in a modern, Victorian setting. Also both of them are pretty nice, heartwarming romances, though Ouran High has a way more developed comedy aspect than Hakushaku to Yousei. So if you liked one of this shows be sure to check the other one as well.
With shoujo romance and a little reverse harem Earl and Fairy and Ouran High School Host Club fit hand in hand. The Victorian type setting plays a key role in unveiling the back drop of the characters budding romance, while the heroines of these delightful tales try to give a new type of relationship a try.
In a time filled with wars, environmental concerns and issues, there lives a gaggle of beautiful boys that are the personification of the world's countries. Japan, England, France, Finland, Germany and the rest of the boys attend the World Conference and tackle issues like global warming with a heavy dose of fun. Through multiple world wars the gang will traverse deserts, build mecha U-boats and solve the world's problems together!
Hetalia: Axis Powers and Ouran High School Host Club are really funny parody anime (Hetalia parodies historical events, while Ouran pokes fun of tropes common in shoujo anime). Each's claim to fame comes from their casts, which are made up almost exclusively of bishounen (so... many... bishounen...). Some of the (bordering on shounen-ai) situations the gaggle of bishounen get into are sure to please any fangirl. Or anyone who enjoyed either.
Ouran High School Host Club and Hetalia: Axis Powers both feature a varied cast of beautiful, intriguing male characters who seem to have nothing better to do most days than fool around. This usually leads to amusing situations and ridiculous banter, although they both have their serious moments as well. Fans of one will probably like the other.
Bishounens... everywhere... and "this close to shounen-ai" situations for humorous purposes. The over-the-top antics in both anime make for some hilarious moments. The characters' interactions are also very similar. While the plots are very different, the plot is usually lost due to the cast's antics.
Both Oran and Hetalia have light characters and a light story line. They both include an array of beautiful characters that can be extremely random and comical.I would highly recommend both animes.
