This, along with a host of crazy friends and associates such as the stuck-up Chise and the otaku Ieyasu, ensures that there is rarely a dull moment in their lives!
Both anime are centered around a club. In one anime it's about helping other, and in the other it's focused on stray cats. Both anime are fun and have an enviroment full of friends.
Tenma Tsukamoto is young, bright, and smitten with the school hottie Oji Karasuma. She's desperate for his attention, which is unfortunate considering he barely gives her the time of day! Throw Kenji Harima, the school delinquent with a crush on Tenma into the mix and you've got one twisted love triangle of unrequited proportions! Can love find the trio happiness before their attention-grabbing stunts end up hurting more than their egos?
These series are both rather humorous school comedy/romances. While focusing mostly on comedy, each series has some romance driving the plot and in the background. If you liked one be sure to check out the other.
Be it slaying a mammoth or simply getting a good seat in class, Harima is still outdoing himself in order to confess his love to Tenma, only to stumble upon a simple fact: he cannot make her realize there is no reason to support a Yakumo-Harima relationship! As for Yakumo, things take a strange turn. Having always been idolized, she has never had many close contacts, yet now she is suddenly approached by two girls. One is named Sarah, who wants to become close friends with Yakumo; the other is a ghost that wants to know Yakumo's opinion about boys...
Ookami and School Rumble are both similar because they are both parodies of other shows. Both take place in high school and deal with high school relationships as well as other problems.
As the mighty star fleet of the planet Keron prepare their invasion of Earth, Sergeant Keroro and his elite team of commandos have been sent to infiltrate the enemy strongholds and gather as much intelligence as possible. However, it seems even his extensive military training is no match for the forces of Earth, as he is discovered and captured by the two middle school siblings, Fuyuki and Natsumi. Submitted to the rigorous torture of housework duty, the amphibious Keroro must now bide his time, covertly locate his squad-mates, and resume his mission of conquest!
If you like Ookami-san or SGT frog you'll like the other because both shows feel like they're meant for children and the otaku croud. And both shows have intresting narators.
Since long ago, the wolf goddess Holo has honored a contract to bless the rural village of Pasloe with fertile harvests; and in return she has been celebrated and worshipped by the villagers. But as mankind advances, the people have begun to take command of nature for themselves and have made their own god to worship. Holo finds that she is paid little more than lip service, if not outright mocked; and considering the contract annulled, she takes human form and enlists the aid of a passing merchant, Kraft Lawrence, to return to her home in the snowy forests to the north. As they journey together, Kraft finds that he has plenty to learn from this capricious god, and she from him as well.
The female leads of both shows are fairly similar to each other, especially in how they look. And they're both (sort of) wolves. If you like one you should watch the other.
