She's rude, crude, and is barely out of diapers: she's Super Milk-chan! Along with Hakage the quiet and philosophical slug and a well-meaning space case of a robot named Tetsuko, Milk-chan spends her days trying to figure out how to earn money, fending off her landlord, or entertaining calls from the President himself. Whether it's tracking down counterfeiters, playing doctor to undersea creatures or learning about a smart bomb that will destroy everyone in sight, Milk-chan and her friends always have a fun and selfish new adventure in front of them!
When there's something strange in your neighborhood, who ya gonna call? No, not the Ghostbusters. Call on Panty & Stocking, the two fallen angels Heaven-sent to clear the surface world of Ghosts – creatures spawned from mortals who met gruesome deaths. At least, that's what they'd like you to think. In reality, they're gun-toting, sword-wielding femmes fatales who lay waste not only to the evil of Daten City, but to all its bachelors and candy treats too. With a healthy dollop of collateral damage and full-frontal nudity, they always manage to save the day. If they can be bothered, that is...
Both series have bright colors and gross/random humor. If you enjoyed one, it would be worth your while to check out the other.
Super Milk-chan and Panty & Stocking are two crude and bizarrely animated titles that will DEFINITELY appeal to the same audience. Just note that Panty is a lot more high action.
It is the year 300X, and the Earth is in peril! Tsuru Tsururiina, the evil dictator of the Margarita Empire has sent his elite troops to Earth to snatch every last hair on the heads of the unsuspecting populace! But there is one man who will stand up against the malicious invasion and save everyone from the terrible horror of baldness: Boboboubo Boubobo! Using his secret art of nose hair combat, Boubobo will not rest until the Margarita forces are gone from Earth for good. But can he succeed without the help of the pink-haired girl Beauty, or the mysterious Pickle that follows him around?
Super Milk-chan and Bobobo are both crude and rude "random comedies" that fail to entertain and aren't very comedic at all. But if you enjoyed one for some reason, I do believe you'd enjoy the other.
When the young Kotaro (errr...Rotaro) washes up on Papuwa island with a case of amnesia, he has no idea that his life is about to take a turn for the bizarre. With housemates such as the man-maid Liquid, an asexual snail and a transsexual fish with legs, Rotaro will have his hands full! But beneath the tranquility of the island lies a dangerous secret that could destroy the island, and the answer lies only with Rotaro. With enemies from his past afoot, his friends trying to eat him and a giant poisonous mushroom trying to get him high, what’s a young boy to do?!
Now that you've seen a crappy "random comedy" anime, why not try out its superior? Papuwa is absolutely outstanding and incredibly hilarious (but seriously, you have to watch the dub - I know it sounds strange, but trust me!). If you liked Super Milk-chan (WHY?!) definitely check out Papuwa.
