Mireille Bouqet has become a reputable assassin working in France. However, all changes after she meets Kirika, a mysterious young girl who knows nothing about her past but possesses killing skills that dwarf hers. Further intrigue unfolds as both characters explore their shadowy past and come to a head with a clandestine organization that seeks to control destiny itself.
When an odd string of suicides begins to occur at a local high rise building, most of the townsfolk treat it as an unfortunate series of events. One girl, however, senses something more sinister at work - especially when a close friend of hers falls mysteriously ill. After witnessing one of the deaths for herself, Shiki begins to realize that a strange connection exists between each of the girls, and predicts a total of eight will die. With seven dead and the accuracy of her prediction unclear, she sets out to put an end to the killings. Yet, as she nears the truth, she finds herself closer and closer to the brink of death; will Shiki become the town's savior, or the next victim?
both animes have as main protagonist female character/s who posses proffesional killing skills and kill/assassinate without a second thought.Even so this two animes are very different in many aspects in what i mentioned above they are quite similar. So my guess is that if you like one of this two then for sure you will like the other one as well.
At the end of the 20th century a fierce war raged between the Monsters and the humans. The outcome was devastating for humanity -- as the Monsters had won -- and thus a new era of Monster-ruling began. These Monsters feed on children and can turn any human who sees them into either a puppet or stone -- except for the Melos Warriors who are the only ones able to fight them. Meet Bokka, a young aspiring Melos Warrior whose only goal is quite simple: to save the Melody of Oblivion and vanquish the Monster King, once and for all!
Noir and Melody's stories leave us in the dark quite a bit. While doing so they present us with a mysterious story, which is strongly supported by a befitting soundtrack that gives the anime a certain feeling that won't let you go. Both have elements of action (though a different kind) which are used to switch between the slowly unraveling story and give us a breather once in a while. What you expect is never what it is, so keep trying to figure out the stories in both. ;)
Set in the not so distant future of troubled Tokyo, no job is too big or too small for the Danger Service Agency, as long as danger is involved. The crew is made up of an unlikely team of misfits: Mikura, a girl with a flair for guns and a love of martial arts, Kurokawa, an old man/ex-detective addicted to noodles, Harada, an engineering nut, and Asami, a schoolgirl. Unfortunately, no matter how small or simple job appears to be, the Dsa team always find themselves biting off more than they can chew...
The deadly Mikura and her friends are usually more than skilled enough to handle the dirty jobs they get, but they find themselves in over their head when they try to abduct the millionaire head of a gigantic crime family! Hilarity (and hardcore sex/violence) abounds as they clash with his gorgeous psychotic daughter Momomi and her army of hitmen.
One fateful day, Reiji was on his way to a hotel in Los Angeles when he ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time: in the middle of an assassination. After these traumatic events, the young man was kidnapped, his memories erased, and given a choice: fight for the organization, or die. Now, with a new name and identity, Zwei must kill at the drop of a hat along with the organization's top assassin Ein (codename Phantom). As the bodies pile and the blood is continuously spilled, Ein and Zwei find themselves growing closer together in a world where they have no past and no future...
