BB Runner and Ranna are on a mission to help secretly complete a deadline for the exhausted NetRunner magazine staff. However, while carrying out their plans BB Runner is tempted by a girl's voice on the internet. Her name is Chiyu, she's a twelve-year-old magical girl, and she wants BB Runner and Ranna to help stop an evil villain in the Net World! After being pulled into cyberspace, our feathered heroes find themselves at the forefront of a harrowing and loli-filled adventure. On their quest to put a stop to the evil Master and his gang of 'Junkies,' the duo will meet with cute girls such as Biscuit-tan, see their way through fake obstacles and ultimately save the day!

Ink Nijihara, who does very well in her high school English class, has a crush on her classmate Nao; but as she is both shy and clumsy, she finds herself unable to get closer to him. Furthermore, since he does poorly in English, he does not intend to go to a university, crushing Ink's dreams of going there together with him. Out of the blue, a talking duck who turns out to be a polymorphed (and perverted) wizard exiled from a magic kingdom falls from the sky and lands in front of Ink. He offers her magical powers in return for helping people in need. Ink sees the magical girl transformation as a chance to help Nao with his English without feeling embarrassed about it, and thus she begins her adventures as Magical Teacher Pastel Ink!
Both have similar humour and gags. Both have lots of weird characters that get into weird situations. Netrunmon focuses on making fun of the internet where Moetan takes things in a more direct making fun of other anime way. Check one out if you liked the other. (Moetan is better :P)
