If you liked the Naruto Shippuden anime, the Anime-Planet community thinks you'd like:
The Holy Grail War is a battle between seven magicians who each summon a mythical hero to fight for their cause. Shirou, a twice orphaned high school boy, had so little magical talent that his foster father did not bother teaching him about the war and its meaning. Thanks to that lack of foresight, Shirou finds himself in a bit of a pinch when he accidentally summons a hero of the strongest class, and is sucked into the fray. The Grail grants the winner any wish they have. But driven by an unyielding sense of justice and self-sacrifice, for what will Shirou fight?
Both Naruto and FSN have what's important: a good story and lots of action. The main characters, Sabre and Naruto, become involved in many conflicts which bring out emotion and have an effect on everyone around them. These are great anime for action and quest lovers.
Recca dreams of one day becoming an excellent ninja, but in this day and age ninjas are only talked about in history lessons. While playing his ninja games, he meets a mysterious woman that reveals to Recca his past, his bond with the powerful Hokage clan, and the special flame power that resides within him. Meanwhile, the evil Kurei has plans to gather the madougu from the Hokage clan so that he may take control over the elemental powers, but Recca is determined to master his flame and stop Kurei’s evil plans. Does he have what it takes to live up to his own expectations and put a stop to Kurei himself?
The reason I didn't recommend the first incarnation of Naruto with Recca is is purely because Shippuuden is more serious. This relates more to the mood of Recca, as it can get pretty intense at times.
Gon and Killua continue their training with Bisque as the Mad Bomber wreaks havoc upon the other players in Greed Island. As their strength increases, Gon and Killua also start searching for the hundred cards needed to complete the game. As their number of cards increases they must now prepare to face off against Razor, the leader of the 14 Devils, and the Mad Bomber himself.
Whie it is highly recommended to watch any Hunter × Hunter material you can find, this "final" OVA bears the most similarities with Naruto Shippuden series (I put "final" in quotes since manga story is far beyond that). Training your ass off to invent new techniques to beat your enemies in a spectacular fight is what the main characters do most of the time.
Akuto Sai enters the Constant Academy for Magick Arts hoping to become a high priest and change the world for the better. But when the school's oracle declares his future profession to be 'Demon Lord', he finds himself feared and hated by the entire student population. Now, instead of making comrades and studying for his exam, Akuto finds himself fighting off monsters, bullies, and well-meaning classmates in various states of undress. If navigating a magical high school as a transfer student wasn't difficult enough, Akuto now has to deal with a cute android ordered to observe him 24-hours a day, the precocious attention of the flying, invisible and naked Keena Soga and the advances of the school's most popular girl. Will he be able to overcome his fate, pass his classes, and mend his friendship with the violent Junko Hattori, or will he succumb to his demonic destiny?
If you enjoy Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou or Naruto Shippuden then you will enjoy both because they are both an action-based, ass-kicking, ask question later anime. They both star a main character that is not 100% completely understood how he'd want to be understood. Naruto UZUMAKI known as the knucklehead ninja, and Akuto SAI being known as the Demon King. They both carry titles that they'd like to remove with hard work.
For 1800 years the seven schools of Kantou have fought over supremacy of the land. Their students constantly fight each other in battles to prove their strength. Sonsaku Hakufu is a 17 year old girl that just transferred to Nanyou Academy, and at her arrival, finds herself fighting one of its top 4 fighters. But Sonsaku possesses a soulstone which contains the spirit of a great fighter, and she is not an easy match. When an order is issued to defeat Sonsaku, she finds herself in all out war against all of the schools top fighters. What lies behind this dark conspiracy?
Naruto Shippuuden and Ikkitousen shares many things, especially the fact that both lead roles of the animes have a monster inside of them they need to find a way to live with or destroy.
They both experience situations where they can't control their inner beast and do things like hurting the ones they care about, without having any recollection at all of what happened when their own soul takes over the body again.
Both animes takes place where fighting and honing your skills in fighting are as natural as breathing.
They are both full of humour and are sure to make you laugh at some point.
If you liked one you will surely like the other.
