If you've watched Mouse and you're looking for anything similar, I'll just have to assume the only reason you watched it was because of the constant ecchi. Now while aside from the ecchi, Amazing Nurse Nanako doesnt have anything in common with Mouse, overall it's a much better show in just about every aspect.

GreenTypeR GreenTypeR says...

Mouse had some action and was abundantly ecchi. If you liked it for this action/ecchi combo, perhaps Nanako will be to your liking

Mouse has a lot of ecchi in it, and I mean tons. But even so, if you were interested in the story and you want to know more about Dark Mouse, you should definitely check out what the master thief in DNAngel can do.

If you liked the whole thief part of Mouse you would most likely also like DNAngel. However, DNAngel has no ecchi.

Agent Aika gets the vote for being an action/ecchi show like Mouse. Lots of panty shots but a lack of horniness compared to Mouse.

Panty shots galore in Najica. If you enjoyed anything about Mouse, it was its ecchiness. Based on that, check out Najica's ecchiness. This series lacks the enduring horniness of Mouse.

Golden Boy

Golden Boy

Having recently dropped out of law school, where he had finished the graduation requirements but didn't actually graduate, Kintaro Oe is on a new self-driven quest for knowledge. His adventures will lead him to a variety of workplaces including a computer firm, noodle shop, and even an animation studio, where his seemingly perverse attitude always tends to get him into trouble with the opposite sex. The moral of the story? Study! Study! Study!

Though Golden Boy is more comedy-based while Mouse is more action-based, both are aimed heavily on the ecchi audience. Golden Boy isn't as bad as Mouse, but the ecchi is often very similar.

Hanaukyo Maid Team

Hanaukyo Maid Team

When he arrives, however, he discovers that his grandfather has passed away and left his estate (maids and all) toyoung Taro himself! The problem? With the exception of his mother, he is allergic to females and their advances, something the maids offer plentifully in their attempts to help him succeed in everything from going to the bathroom to passing math class!

If you like the idea of maids serving in several aspects (daily life, work, and lots of ecchi) and the comedy that provides, Mouse and Hanaukyo Maid Team will serve your needs.

Green Green

Green Green

Deep in the mountains, isolated from civilization, there is a boys-only school that will finally be receiving its first class of girls in an attempt to transform the school into a co-ed one. Most of the boys have never been in contact with girls of their own age, leading to an explosion of hormonal craziness. From the sickeningly perverted fetishist guys, to a rather odd girl that seems to be chasing the most normal guy in the school for reasons known only to her, there's twisted humor to be had.

Green Green has more of a story and more comedy, while Mouse has a somewhat fun and relaxed atmosphere. Both have comedy based on extreme amounts of ecchi, which you'll either love or hate.

Tonagura is a bit more serious, but that doesn't mean it has less ecchi than Mouse! If you liked the comedic scenes, or just simply want more ecchi, Tonagura and Mouse offer a very similar experience!

Both Mouse and Girls Bravo are very ecchi and deal with a guy who is surrounded by beautiful girls. The guy is reluctant to acknowledge the feelings of these girls. If you like ecchi comedies I recommend either one of these anime.
