Megumi

In 1977, two parents’ lives were changed forever when their thirteen-year-old daughter was abducted. After nearly twenty years of life without her, they finally learn the grave truth of Megumi’s fate: she was snatched by North Korean spies and committed suicide in 1994. Now, in the present, the Yokota’s still fight for justice for the numerous Japanese citizens kidnapped in the late 1970s; their plight will ensure that no other family has to suffer, and the chance to bring the kidnapped loved ones back to their home shores.
