A world plagued by alien invasions needs heroes, and what better choice than three girls in elementary school? After all, it's best to fight fire with fire, and the super-cute aliens have met their match in the super-cute Mao, Misoria, and Silvia. With character design by Akamatsu Ken, the creator of Love Hina, this series aims to amuse.

Sawamura Seiji is the most notorious delinquent at his high school -- always getting into fights and causing problems, leaving him single and unlucky with the ladies. After another long day of rejection, Seiji discovers that the love of his life might have finally appeared, but in the unlikeliest of places... his right hand?! Now, in addition to dealing with daily fights and the gossip of his classmates, Seiji must handle a new problem of embarassing proportions: Kasugano Midori, a pretty young girl in place of his hand, who happens to have fallen in love with him!
Although these animes have stories which are nothing alike , there are many factors that are similar. For example , there are jokes a plenty and lots of fan service going about. The minor characters play comedy relief in both series really rather well. Also they are both of the childish nature. Midori Days is a little more grown up than Mao-Chan but if you enjoyed Mao Chan then Midori Days is the next logical step. I wouldnt recommend it the other way though.
Life can be tough when you're a teenager. Sakura Wars OVA I is the first in a series of productions related to the Sakura Wars games for the Dreamcast. The story takes place in early 20th century Tokyo, whose people rely on steam powered technology. Demons and mechanical beings are increasingly attacking, and must be stopped at all costs. The world's best hope is the Imperial Defense Force - Flower Division, a group of girls with exceptional abilities who must pilot the Spirit Armor -- mechanical shells which help to amplify their powers.
It was just a juvenile search for adventure that brought young mystic Nakahito face to face with the android mega-weapon, Kurumi. With just a kiss, she is activated and answers only to him. Now they embark on a comedic journey that will carry them across Japan to discover the secrets of the Steel Angels and how such technology has come to exist before the advent of television.
