With a past shrouded in mystery and a blank memory, Shiki Tohno seems to be just another "average high school student". That is, until he nearly kills a female vampire with his secret deadly ability to "see the lines". His journey to unlock the secrets of the Tohno family and unbury his own lost memories has only just begun, and now he must also help the woman, Arcueid Brunestud, find a lethal phantom named Roa, and kill it using his ability.
Cross Academy is a school with a difference: in a unique and experimental setup designed by the headmaster, it has a Day Class consisting of ordinary humans and a Night Class filled with vampires. Yuki Cross and her friend Zero Kiryu are school prefects whose job it is to make sure the secret of the Night Class is always safe; they patrol the school grounds at night and supervise the switchover of classes at dawn and dusk to prevent any 'accidents' from happening. While Zero is suspicious of vampires and hates the idea of sharing the same space as them, Yuki admires the Night Class for their beauty and sophistication; she is especially intrigued by their charming leader, Kaname, because he once saved her life. However, as Yuki quickly learns, not all vampires are amiable like the Night Class, and as terrible events unfold, Yuki must ask herself whether in a world where vampires are the hunters and humans are the prey, peaceful coexistence can really be achieved.
Both are violent, have vampires (though Tsukihimie doesn't have as many) as well as other supernatural elements, and deal with characters who have significant internal conflicts as well as mysterious and not fully explained pasts.
With mystery surrounding the vampire clans in both Vampire Knights and Lunar Legend Tsukihime the characters past reveal significant conflicts regarding their current situations. With the revelation of these mysteries unfolding, their lives will never be the same again.
Kiba is a wolf, one of the last of his kind, and his dream is to find Paradise in a world torn asunder by war. Cheza, the legendary Flower Girl, can lead him to Paradise, but there are others who desire her, and help from other wolves at his side may not be enough. Driven by his noble spirit, he will not forsake his quest.
Both Naruto and O-parts hunter almost exactly alike, except O-parts is more mature and deals more with religion than Naruto. Both of the main characters have evil demons inside of them that try to take over their bodies. Some of the characters are similar as well (Jin and Sasuke, for example, both had similar powers). Both of these series' have timeskips during which the characters become more mature mentally and physically.
Having a demon living in you isn't all that fun for both main characters in Naruto and O-Parts. Both boys find it hard to live a normal everyday life when they are both always being pushed away from others. So how will they survive this harsh world? That is something you have to find out on your own in the grand adventures these two will take you on. With the help of a few friends they will show you a world that only they can see and the power they have to use in order to keep those demons away from harming anyone in this action packed adventure of theirs.
Dante works as a demon hunter for the office of Devil May Cry, and as he is always in debt he doesn't have the luxury to turn down jobs as long as they pay well. His latest assignment is to be a bodyguard for the young Patty Lowe while she receives her inheritance. During the mission he was able to defeat the demons that got in his way and deliver Patty safely, but upon completion of the mission Dante discovers that Patty will be staying with him – indefinitely! Now, Dante must not only hunt demons and coexist peacefully with other hunters, but also handle the responsibility of taking care of a little girl!
What those two anime have in common is surely the atmosphere of fear and supernatural forces involved in action. Mostly you will meet with characters during the night time, which can couse them a lot of trouble...
Kuraki has taken his grandfather’s ancient sword to the Shinnagi festival for an ancient cleansing ritual, and finds himself inexplicably drawn to a beautiful shrine maiden. As night falls, the priestess is revealed to be Nanachi, the son of the guesthouse Kuraki is staying in. The bond between the two is strengthened as they discover they share the ability to see spirits and use the ancient Japanese magic of Izumo. However, on the night of Nanachi’s initiation as a shaman, Kuraki accidentally sees a ritual sacrifice that is an attempt to break the curse of Susanoo, and becomes the target of the newly instituted and blood-thirsty leader...
With what could have been a normal slice-of-life type show, both Tsukihime and Eight Clouds revel in darkness, leading the viewer by the hand and along a very dark path. Filled with blood and gore, action is not the most important part of either show. Taking their time with slowly unfolding back story and building up the characters, the shows will appeal to viewers who like something to think about - as well as seeing plenty of troubled teens with a sudden urge for blood.
Alucard is a vampire who works for Hellsing – an organization responsible for hunting down and destroying other vampires. In these dark times, whoever is bitten by a vampire turns into a ghoul -- with the exception of Seras Victoria, Alucard’s newly created and appointed apprentice. Now, Seras must serve her master, Alucard and work for Integra Wingates Hellsing. Nefarious vampire activities are being reported throughout England, and it all traces back to the organization named “Millennium”. Will the Hellsing organization, under the command of Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing, be able to prevent a full scale war? Or will the world become a battlefield of destruction?
A vampire anime with a plot, good animation and lots of blood; this is true for both Tsukihime and Hellsing.
