Kita e and Megane na Kanojo follow a group of girls, individually, as they deal with life and love. Kita e is a lot more dramatic while Megane is more of a romantic comedy, but they definitely have the same feel.

Tamayura

Tamayura

A photograph is a mysterious force that creates magical moments the instant the shutter closes and allows people’s hearts to connect. For the new girl in town, Fuu Sawatari, this is more than a saying but a way of life as she spends her days quietly attempting to capture those special instances on film and use them to bring others joy. Along with her friends – and her beloved camera – Fuu reminisces about her father, begins to contemplate where her future lies and wonders whether she can capture more of the mysterious Tamayura light bubbles in her photos filled with warmth and friendship.

Kita e and Tamayura are both touching and slow-paced titles. Both employ allegorical phenomena to carry the themes of the shows - the titled "Diamond Dust" and "Tamayura". Kita e is heavier on the drama, with the characters experiencing their own personal struggles, whereas Tamayura is about the hope that lies beyond the struggle as Fuu contemplates her past grief in each episode - both are uplifting in their own way. Tamayura is very focused on Fuu's passion for photography, whereas Kita e deals with lots of different girls and their lifestyles.
